Due to the dynamic development of RZMK Restructuring, we are looking for two experienced employees for the position of Financial Analyst, who will join our team specializing in the area of asset management in crisis situations (including restructuring or bankruptcy) and analysis of business valuations. People in these positions will be responsible for financial analysis of businesses, support of restructuring processes and preparation of detailed financial reports and recommendations for our clients. The employees will be engaged to work on a wide range of projects in the RZMK portfolio.

Scope of duties:

• Analysis of the financial situation of companies in the context of verifying possible insolvency as referred to in bankruptcy law.
• Identification of problems that influence the company’s situation.
• Preparation of detailed analytical reports and recommendation of solutions in the financial area.
• Collaboration with the legal team and other departments to optimize restructuring processes.
• Participation in negotiations and preparation of documentation related to restructuring processes.
• Development and monitoring of financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitoring the market and analyzing trends in the area of finance, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Our requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the area of restructuring or financial consulting.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law and restructuring procedures is desirable.
• Ability to analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and effectively manage projects.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
