Marcin Kubiczek to lecture at the postgraduate studies at Łazarski University

Qualified restructuring advisor Marcin Kubiczek will become a lecturer at the postgraduate studies in restructuring and bankruptcy at Lazarski University in the upcoming academic year. This is yet another time that Marcin Kubiczek joins the team of lecturers at the Postgraduate Education Center at the Łazarski University, but for the first time he will teach classes as part of an advanced course.
“Restructuring and bankruptcy – economic and managerial aspects for advanced” – this is the title of the two-semester postgraduate studies, which include 170 hours of study.

The topics planned for the course include issues in the field of enterprise management and enterprise management in crisis, conflict management in the organization, management psychology in crisis and conflict conditions, strategies for conducting restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, running a company in judicial restructuring and bankruptcy, creating and analyzing restructuring plans, private creditor and private investor tests, and satisfaction tests.

Marcin Kubiczek will lead classes on running a business in bankruptcy and the course of bankruptcy process. Recruitment for the studies lasts until September 30.
