Dr. Anna Partyka-Opiela

Legal advisor, partner in the corporate department of the Rymarz Zdort Maruta law firm, head of the Compliance and Forensic team. She has over 15 years of experience in compliance, whistleblowing, ethics, corruption prevention, AML and Legal Design. Winner of the Compliance Advisor of the Year award, granted by the Compliance Institute.

Leading the Compliance team within the Life Sciences practice. Provides ongoing consulting services in the field of corruption prevention and compliance, with particular emphasis on issues related to process transparency, communication, and the reconstruction and optimization of compliance systems.

She has led numerous projects aimed at implementing comprehensive compliance systems, including those based on ISO standards, regulations and systems in the field of whistleblowing, AML, sanctions and related to the proper functioning of supply chains. She has many years of experience in the area of compliance and forensic audits and projects in the field of fraud and abuse risk management.

She also runs projects related to simplifying legal communication (Legal Design) and consulting in the field of governance in ESG projects. She is a member of the Compliance Committee at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and a Member of the Innovators Council of the Polish ESG Association.
