Iwona Stachowicz

She specializes in assessing the financial condition of enterprises and in issues related to the materialization of the state of insolvency in the context of bankruptcy and restructuring law. Within the scope of her previous professional experience and cooperation with the Office of the Qualified Restructuring Advisor Marcin Kubiczek, she was involved in the implementation of several dozen projects in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in terms of reporting and accounting issues. She also coordinated the economic and management part of the services provided by the Office and actively participated in the preparation of economic opinions on the rationality of management decisions made and in the area of proceedings under Article 299 of the Commercial Companies Code, Articles 299 and 586 of the Commercial Companies Code, Article 116 of the OP, Article 21 of the Insolvency Law and Article 373 of the Insolvency Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and postgraduate studies in Accounting and Taxes at the Silesian University of Technology, Economic and Trade Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice and Bank Accounting at the Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
