Jan Bednarski

Associate in the corporate department of the Rymarz Zdort Maruta law firm and member of the Compliance and Forensic team.

He provides ongoing consulting in the field of compliance, anti-corruption, whistleblowing and pharmaceutical law. He regularly implements projects involving the development of internal compliance management systems, including the creation of internal regulations in accordance with the plain language and legal design methodology. He participated in comprehensive implementations of ISO 37001 standards and whistleblowing systems in organizations from many industries, including: energy, pharmaceuticals, construction, heavy industry and food.

He also specializes in auditing, especially in the field of investigative audits and open-source intelligence. He has conducted audits of companies belonging to international capital groups, successfully detecting employee activities to the detriment of the company.

He graduated from the University of Wrocław with a law degree and holds a master’s degree in computer science and an engineering degree in automation and robotics from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He also studied in Amsterdam for an LL.M. in International Technology Law. He has interdisciplinary knowledge combining legal and IT issues.
