Marcin Kubiczek

is a qualified Restructuring Advisor, economist and an expert in business valuation and insolvency, as well as in matters regarding the criminal liability of managers. He has extensive experience in a number of insolvency and restructuring proceedings of companies from many industries. He has advised the management boards of listed companies in crisis situations. He has participated in inaugural pre-pack procedures in Poland.
He also acted as a court supervisor in the first validly approved arrangement in the RES industry. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute in Washington DC and the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors.
